The Costume Jewellery Center (CJC) is equipped with a wide range of production facilities that enables all members of the industry to either develop prototypes or produce components in volume.
With these facilities, costume jewelry and fashion accessories made from materials like wood, stones, ceramics or metal can be produced. These facilities can carry out the following procedures:
NOTICE: All of these equipment, except for the spin casting and electroplating facilities, can be rented by exporters and subcontractors. The production operators at the Center can do the metal components, as well as the finishing of these components.

With the use of the pantograph, designs drawn on paper with complete measurement specifications can be engraved on metal. The metal with the engraved design can be used as the mother mould for spin casting or metal stamping.
With this equipment, exporters can develop as many designs as they wish, and have them engraved and produced for the exclusive use by their company.

Metal components can be mass produced through the spin casting or metal stamping facilities. Components made from low-temperature metals such as lead or tin are processed through spin casting, while components made from brass or stainless steel may be formed using the metal stamping equipment.

Metal components are electroplated to protect them from rust and to achieve a desired color. Electroplating colors currently available at the CJC are shiny gold (24 carats), matte and antique gold, shiny, matte and antique silver, nickel finish, palladium (nickel-free) finish, bright, matte or antique copper, and steanate (nickel-free) finish.
Components made from clay may be processed into terracotta ceramics using the kiln at the CJC.

One of the materials extensively used by the industry is wood. Making components from wood undergoes several processes such as cutting, planing, and smoothing. The following woodworking equipment is available at the CJC: automatic feed precision planer machine, table saw machine, rod sizing machine and automatic wood lathe.

Wooden beads are used by almost all of the exporters as components of their costume jewelry. The wood beading equipment at the Center can process wood to form round beads with sizes ranging from 8mm to 30mm.
Other shapes like football, teardrops, twisted, rings, rounded diamond or "double umbrella"; oval and nuggets may also be formed from this machine. The machine can produce these beads in large volume with perfect and consistent shape and can also create a hole at the center of each bead.

Stones may also be formed into beads using the different series of equipment. Stone beads can range from 6mm to 20mm. Included in the process is the boring of a hole at the center of each bead.
The CJC also offers a painting booth to capture the fumes generated from spray painting. The paint fumes are automatically collected in the enclosed area and the water curtain of the booth, preventing them from negative affecting the environment.
