a) Registration Fee of PHP 7,500.00
b) Processing Fee of PHP 2,500.00
c) Annual Fee of PHP 6,200.00
4. Photos for the following areas: office, showroom and production
5. Certificate of good credit standing from the company's bank
6. Compulsory training for new members (at least 6 trainings)
(For Manufacturers)
1. Sketch office / factory site
2. List of equipment available (at least 5 pieces of equipment)
3. Organizational Chart
4. Full Payment for the following:
a) Registration Fee of PHP 1,000.00
b) Processing Fee is waived
c) Annual Fee of PHP 500.00 per year
(For Associate)

4. Full Payment for Entrance and Annual Fees
a) Registration Fee of PHP 2,000.00
b) Processing Fee of PHP 1,000.00
c) Annual Fee of PHP 2,500.00
(For members who wish to upgrade their membership from Manufacturer to Exporter)
1. PHP 2,500, if a manufacturer is a member of FAME for more than 5 years
2. PHP 5,000, if a manufacturer is a member of FAME for less than 5 years
*other requirements as the BOard may specify
Application Process:
1. Appplicant is furnished with a list of required documents.
2. Applicatin for memebrship should be known to all FAME Members and whole membership should be given at most fifteen (15) days to submit objections or complaints against the applicant.
3. Applicant submits all accomplished documents for review by the FAME Secretariat.
4. If documents are found to be complete and in order, a factory visit to the company-applicant is scheduled, otherwise, applicant is notified of the deficiency.
5. Applicant is discussed and evaluated during the Regulaar Board meeting.
6. Company is notified of the result of the evaluation.
