Tax Exemptions and Concessions on BOI-Registered Enterprises

Various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives are made available to all BOI-registered enterprises in the form of tax exemptions and concessions. They include ITH (Income Tax Holiday), exemption on duties on imported spare parts especially those who have bonded warehouses, exemption on wharfage duties on non-traditional exports; tax credits on raw materials and supplies and additional deductions from taxable income. It is strongly suggested that BOI-registered enterprises must see to it that they can avail themselves of these incentives.
